Groups on Events in the Art School

⚠️ A teacher can assign performances only to individual students or groups they teach.

⚠️ A performance must be added in advance in the "Art Events" section.

Groups on Events is a platform section for assigning and recording academic groups or ensembles that participate in art school performances.

The section displays:
- performance or event;
- participating groups/ensembles;
- result;

The section helps organize group participation in performances, keep records of involved participants, and generate event reports.

How to Add a Group on Event in an Art School

Steps

  1. Go to "Art Journals" -> "Groups on Events" in the menu.
  2. Click the "Add" button in the upper-right corner of the page.
  3. Fill in the required fields in the form:
    - art event;
    - section;
    - result;
  4. Click "Submit".
  5. To edit/remove a group record for a performance, select the required performance record from the list, click the context menu button on the right, and choose the required action. A teacher can edit only the record of the section where they teach.
