Concertmaster Journal in an Art School

⚠️ The "Art Journals" module must be enabled in advance.

💡 Make sure that departments, study levels, subjects, sections, control forms, and user types for the art school have already been configured on the platform.

Concertmaster Journal in an art school is a journal for recording the work of a concertmaster, where completed classes and support of the educational process are documented.

It displays:
- date;
- section;
- teacher and concertmaster;
- subject;
- attendance tracking;

This journal is used to record the concertmaster’s participation in the educational process, plan workload, and confirm completed classes.

How to Add a New Class Attendance Record in the Concertmaster Journal

Steps

  1. Go to "Art Journals" → "Concertmaster" in the menu.
  2. Click the "Add" button in the upper-right corner of the page.
  3. Fill in the required fields in the form:
    - date;
    - section;
    - subject;
    - concertmaster;
    - check the box to mark the attendance;
  4. Click "Submit".
  5. To edit/remove a specific record in the Concertmaster Journal, select the required record from the list, click the context menu button on the right, and choose the required action.
