Art School Group Journal Report

⚠️ Administrator access rights are required to work with this section.

The “Reports → Group Journal” section is intended for generating and downloading group journal reports in an art school.
This report contains the following information:
- title page;
- specified study level, number of years according to the educational program;
- discipline;
- teacher;
- academic year;
- study program (description of modules and number of allocated hours per module);
- attendance records and monitoring of learning outcomes;
- records of briefings and safety seminars;
- notes (enrollment date, specialty teacher, parents’ contacts, expulsion records).

Generating the "Group Journal" report

Steps

  1. Open the “Reports” section on the menu panel.
  2. Go to the “Group Journal” subsection.
  3. In the report generation block, select:
    - session;
    - subject;
    - section.
  4. Click the “Create” button.

The system will generate the report and add it to the list of reports.

Report statuses

  • Success — the report has been successfully generated and is available for download.
  • Pending — the report is being generated.
  • Error — an error occurred while generating the report.

Actions with reports

Report preview
Click on the generated report file. An embedded window with a report preview will open.

Downloading the report
Click the arrow icon below the report file to save the generated file to your device.

Viewing an error
If the report has the “Error” status:
1. Click the context menu button to the right of the report.
2. Select “View error” to view the error details.
3. A modal window with report information will open, where the error will be described in the bottom line.

Removing a report
To delete a generated report, click the “Remove” button to the right of the required record and confirm your action.
