Art Events

⚠️ The "Art Journals" module must be enabled in advance.

💡 Make sure that events levels for the art school have already been configured on the platform.

Art Events is a platform section for recording and tracking students’ participation in concerts, competitions, academic concerts, festivals, and other art events.

The section records:
- date and name of the performance;
- participants;
- program;
- teachers and concertmasters;
- results, awards, or notes.

The section helps maintain the history of students’ creative activity and generate reports on school achievements.

Adding a New Art Event

Steps

  1. Go to "Art Journals" -> "Art Events" in the menu.
  2. Click the "Add" button in the upper-right corner of the page.
  3. Fill in the required fields in the form:
    - date;
    - name;
    - events levels;
    - location;
  4. Click "Submit".
  5. To edit/remove the specific event, select the required event record from the list, click the context menu button on the right, and choose the required action.
