Art School Concertmaster Journal Report¶

The “Concertmaster Journal” report is a platform report for generating and downloading records of a concertmaster’s work in an art school.
The report contains:
- concertmaster classes attendance;
- information about art events accompanied by a concertmaster (date, caption, events level, participants);
- total number of performances accompanied by a concertmaster;
The report is used to monitor concertmasters’ workload, maintain documentation, and prepare school reports.
Generating the "Concertmaster Journal" report¶
Steps¶
- In the left menu, open the “Reports” section.
- Go to the “Concertmaster Journal” subsection.
- In the report generation block, select:
- session;
- concertmaster; - Click the “Create” button.
The system will generate the report and add it to the list of reports below.
Report statuses¶
- Success — the report has been successfully generated and is available for download.
- Pending — the report is being generated.
- Error — an error occurred while generating the report.
Actions with reports¶
Report preview
Click the generated report file. An embedded window with a report preview will open.
Downloading the report
Click the arrow icon below the report file to save the generated file to your device.
Viewing an error
If the report has the “Error” status:
1. Click the context menu button to the right of the report.
2. Select “View error” to view the error details.
3. A modal window with report information will open, where the error will be described in the last row.
Removing a report
To delete a generated report, click the “Remove” button to the right of the required record.
