Concertmasters on Events

⚠️ An event must be added in the "Art Events" section beforehand.

Concertmasters on Events is a platform section for recording concertmasters’ participation in preparing and conducting performances by students or groups.

The section displays:
- performance or event;
- assigned concertmaster;
- participation result;
- notes;

This section helps keep records of concertmasters’ participation in performances and generate reports.

How to Assign a Concertmaster to an Art Event

Steps

1. Go to "Art Journals" -> "Concertmasters on Events" in the menu.
2. Click the "Add" button in the upper-right corner of the page.
3. Fill in the form fields:
   - art event;
   - concertmaster;
   - result (select the required option from the drop-down list);
   - comment;
4. Click "Submit".
5. To edit/remove a concertmaster record, select the required performance record from the list, click the context menu button on the right, and choose the required action.
