Student Performance Journal

Journal

ℹ️ To start working with the journal, register or log in to the Platform.

Steps

  1. Log in to the platform. After authorization, the initial screen of the "Journal" section with the workspace will be displayed.

  2. In the "Filter" workspace, fill in the fields:

    • "Date From" — the start date of the current work week;
    • "Date To" — the end date of the next work week;
    • "Academic section/subsection" — select a section or subsection from the list;
    • "Subject" — select a subject from the list.
  3. If necessary, change the dates in the "From" and "To" fields.

  4. Click the "Search" button.

  5. Under the "Filter" workspace, the "Journal" workspace will be displayed. It contains:

    • list of students in the selected class (1);
    • brief class information (topic, home assignment, online class link, grade type, tags (2));
    • class actions button (3);
    • fields for grades or attendance marks (4);
    • functional buttons “Add Class”, “Export to CSV/PDF”, “Class Chat”, “Zoom Conference” (5);
    • explanation of color-highlighted grade types (calculated automatically, except for the corrected/revised one (6));
    • option to expand the journal page view to full screen (7);
    • ability to change filters (class, period, subject).
  6. To exit the journal full-screen mode, click the button in the upper right corner.

  7. To display columns with key data about the classes, the administrator must create the schedule for the academic semester and assign it to a teacher.

  8. At the top of each column in the "Journal" workspace, the following information is displayed:

    • class date;
    • actions button for the class.
  9. Click the action button Actions for the class. The following actions are available:

    • add column;
    • online class;
    • delete class;
    • batch update;
    • tags;
    • assignment;
    • agenda/topic;
    • grading system;
    • class info;
    • grade type.
